Post-Roe Ohio

Post-Roe State Scenarios Databases

The first database below illustrates current state-specific scenarios for abortion access across the United States. The information is drawn from publicly available data. Please scroll to the right of the table for the latest data. Note: this database will no longer be updated on a weekly basis after 5/8/23.

The gestational limits that clinics practice do not always match the gestational limits set by their state (e.g., as of 7/8/22, abortion in Indiana is technically allowed through 22 weeks LMP, but the sole Indiana clinic provides care through 13 weeks, 6 days).

The next database compiles predicted future scenarios for state-level abortion access in the United States. The information is drawn from publicly available data from the Guttmacher Institute and the Center for Reproductive Rights. Note, this database is not consistently updated (last updated 6/14/22).
