Kaiting Lang

Lang received her BA in psychology and BS in public health at the University of California Irvine, and her MS in public health epidemiology at Tulane University. Her research focuses on women’s reproductive health, STI, and infectious disease transmission, with a special interest in neighborhood effects on reproductive behavior and outcome. Lang’s dissertation focuses on investigating how living in low resources neighborhoods associate with women’s access to abortion and change of their contraceptive behavior using OPEN’s data. Lang is a research assistant of OPEN’s Patterns in Abortion Use in Ohio and Surrounding States project.
