Harlow servers as a policy analyst and senior consulting research statistician for the Center for Health Outcomes, Policy, & Evaluation Studies (HOPES) at The Ohio State University. She earned her BA in psychology from Oberlin College, her MSW from UNC-Chapel Hill, and her JD and PhD in public policy and management from The Ohio State University. While pursuing her PhD, Harlow focused on policy analysis and evaluation of education and workforce programs. She now uses her analytic and evaluation skills along with her legal experience in the healthcare field to study population health, health policy, and social determinants of health. Harlow currently contributes to OPEN’s development of a dashboard for the Ohio Contraceptive Access and Use project.
