Frazier serves as a research specialist and policy analyst for the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Evaluation Studies (HOPES). She brings expertise in public administration, applied policy research, computational social science, and public health to the HOPES team. Prior to joining the Center, Frazier worked as an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Miami University and as a research and policy analyst at the Health Policy Institute of Ohio. She holds a PhD in Public Policy & Management and an MPH in Epidemiology from Ohio State and a BA in Anthropology & Political Ecology from Mount Holyoke College. Frazier serves as a contributing researcher for OPEN’s Project Profile of Contraceptive Access and Use project.
