Kotowski is a combined degree student at The Ohio State University where she is pursuing a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA). She completed her bachelor’s degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where she double majored in political science and health policy and minored in economics. Outside the classroom, she works as a research assistant for Law Professor Sarah Cole and serves as a Board Fellow for the James Cancer Foundation. Her previous research areas include teen dating violence, electronic health records, global health spending, Title IX mediation, and terrorism policy. At OPEN, she serves as a Research Assistant in the Policy Core.
