Broscoe is a PhD Student in the Department of Sociology at the University of Cincinnati. She received her Bachelors in Sociology from West Virginia University, and her Masters in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati. Her MA thesis research focused on the narrative identity construction of white male mass murderers through an analysis of their journals and manifestos. Overall, her research spans the topics of right-wing social movements, political violence, abortion access, white masculinity, and the spatial arrangements and policing of social movements. She was an OPEN research assistant from 2018 through Spring 2021, and continues to be involved in the Abortion Clinic Closure and Care Churn project.
